COVID-19 Resources
In an effort to help you better cope with current COVID-19 challenges, McClatchy has been actively working to make temporary benefit plan changes and enhancements. Below are a few of those resources to keep in mind as we work together through these trying times.

Medical Services
McClatchy has partnered with Aetna to temporarily waive the employee cost associated with telephonic health services. Employees and their families enrolled in McClatchy’s medical plans can speak with licensed board-certified healthcare professionals remotely 24/7. We encourage employees and their family members enrolled in our Aetna coverage to use telemedicine as their first line of defense in order to limit potential exposure in physician offices.
You can get started with Teladoc at Teladoc.com/Aetna, calling 1-855-TELADOC (835-2362) or downloading the mobile app. The contact information is also listed on your Aetna medical card.
As mandated by the Families First Coronavirus Relief Act, members are eligible for COVID-19 testing and doctor visits at no cost for the duration of the federal mandate.
To find a testing facility and schedule an appointment go to cvs.com/minuteclinic/covid-19-testing.
Member cost shares are waived for inpatient admissions at all in-network and out-of-network facilities for treatment of COVID-19 or associated health complications.

Counseling Services
Speak with Teladoc licensed professionals to provide support for anxiety, depression, family difficulties, and more. Services range from ongoing visits with a mental healthcare specialist to expert medical opinions for complex cases and counseling is confidential and judge-free.

You can request delivery by calling the store, selecting your delivery options within the CVS Pharmacy app or through a link via an "order ready" text message. See more information here.
Early refill restrictions have also been waived through the end of 2020 so that employees have access to medications while sheltering in place. The COVID-19 early refill process enables employees to obtain 30-day prescriptions for maintenance medications at any in-network pharmacy ahead of their normal fill schedule. If you need an early refill, call your pharmacy and ask if you’re eligible to refill your prescription early due to COVID-19.

Eye Care Services
To help flatten the curve, VSP is offering Essential Medical Eye Care Services through August from their VSP eye doctor, at no cost. These visits cover urgent eye care issues like pink eye or sudden vision loss. Using the VSP eye doctor allow you to avoid the ER and Urgent Care during this pandemic.
