- Eligibility for employees covered by a collective bargaining agreement is subject to terms of the agreement. Union employees should check with their local HR department
- Updating Beneficiary Information
Employees can now update their beneficiary designations for basic and optional life insurance using the Employee Self Service platform. A beneficiary can be anyone you choose. If you designate a minor child, however, the benefit will be paid to the guardian of the child. You'll need to include the full name and complete address to add a beneficiary.
