Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Resources for Living, is designed to provide you with solutions to your day-to-day challenges at work and at home.
Resources For Living is our EAP available at no cost to you and all dependents, including spouses, domestic partners, and children. That includes dependent children up to age 26, whether or not they live at home. Services are available and confidential 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. And did we mention...these expansive services are free to use?
New as of 02/01/2022, you've have access to the wide network of counselors available through Talkspace.
We are very excited to bring this coverage network and app to our employees at NO COST to YOU, while expanding the scope of mental healthcare provided through our EAP. We hope you'll take advantage of this new benefit to practice self-care in the year ahead. More details coming soon!
Resources for Living provides you with unlimited access to online resources, 24/7 telephone access to licensed behavioral health professionals and up to 10 face-to-face visits in person or via teleconference with a counselor per person and per unique situation each year. Benefits also include legal and financial consultation, vendor sourcing, childcare location assistance, and much more. Co-pays and deductibles are not subject to this benefit.
You can access up to 10 counseling sessions per unique situation each year. Counseling sessions are available face to face or online with televideo, and as of 02/01/2022, via Talkspace. Services are free and confidential. Resources for Living can help with a wide range of topics including:

You can now access your 10 face-to-face visits via televideo! To get started call 866-845-4972 and talk with the Resources for Living staff. They will help schedule your first appointment while on the phone with them.
Cost: Once you exhaust your 10 free sessions, the cost will be your responsibility if you would like to continue visits. However, you may request Resources for Living find a counselor to help you
